📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Manage and train a team of cashiers to meet sales targets and improve customer service.

• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to support smooth retail operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in retail or cash handling.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team in a retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with retail software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or customer service is a plus.
