📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage customer inquiries and provide personalized support to ensure exceptional service.
• Track and document customer interactions using our CRM system, Salesforce.
• Assist the sales team in meeting and exceeding sales targets by providing valuable customer insights.
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database.
• Monitor customer feedback and provide regular reports to the sales team.
• Assist in organizing and executing customer events and promotions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
