📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of factory facilities, including machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Manage a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Implement preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure facilities are operating safely and efficiently.
• Address and resolve maintenance issues promptly to prevent disruptions in production.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in preventive maintenance and facility upkeep.
• Knowledge of industry safety regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software, such as SAP PM or similar.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with furniture manufacturing processes is a plus.
