📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide on-site technical support to industrial clients, addressing their lubrication needs and technical challenges.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on the proper use and maintenance of industrial lubricants.
• Offer consultancy services, helping clients optimize their lubrication systems for improved performance and efficiency.
• Analyze and interpret technical data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in industrial lubricants.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of technical support into client relationships.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in lubrication technology and industry trends.
• Assist in the development and implementation of technical training programs for internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial lubricants, technical support, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in industrial lubricants, including knowledge of lubricant types, application methods, and performance characteristics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using technical software and tools, such as SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and industry-specific software.
• Certifications in industrial lubricants or related fields are a plus.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
