📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and executing daily menus.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage inventory and ensure proper food storage and handling.,Train and supervise junior staff in culinary tasks.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.,Contribute to the overall success of the kitchen operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Valid food safety and hygiene certification.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.
