📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform regular audits of financial records and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Review and analyze financial statements to identify discrepancies and potential risks.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address any issues identified during the audit process.
  • Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on financial best practices and internal controls.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of our financial processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and auditing standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and data analysis tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
