As a Civil Engineer (Structural Design), you will be at the forefront of designing and overseeing the structural integrity of our buildings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and functionality.

In this role, you will work closely with our team of architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver projects that redefine modern living in Bali. You will use industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS to create detailed structural designs, conduct load analyses, and ensure compliance with local and international building codes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop structural plans for residential and commercial projects using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Conduct load analyses and ensure structural designs meet safety and functionality requirements.
• Oversee construction projects to ensure structural integrity and compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to deliver high-quality projects.
• Prepare and submit structural design reports and permits to relevant authorities.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in structural design.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural design.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design and project oversight.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS.
• Strong understanding of local and international building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
