Puskesmas Jaya Butik is seeking a dedicated Deputy Cashier Clinic to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of clinic finances, ensuring accurate and timely transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of clinic finances, including cash handling and bank transactions.,Process patient payments and insurance claims accurately and efficiently.,Maintain and update financial records and reports.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.,Handle cashier duties during peak hours or when the primary cashier is unavailable.,Assist in the training and supervision of new staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or related role in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using computer software for financial transactions.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and policies.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
