🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial operations, with a focus on the Mining, Resources & Energy sector.
• Proven track record of success in driving commercial growth and managing portfolios.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems.
• Certification in project management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
