Hokian Joko Dental Clinic is looking for a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our team. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and supporting the financial operations of the clinic.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.,Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to management.,Process payroll for employees and ensure accurate and timely payment.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax filings.,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts to ensure accuracy.,Prepare and submit invoices and receipts to clients and vendors.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Provide ad-hoc financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
