📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance data.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate employee training and development programs.,Handle HR administrative tasks, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.,Support the HR team in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions.,Assist in the development and maintenance of HR documentation and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams.
