Pro Moon Unggul is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a deep understanding of the local labor market. This is a hybrid role, combining office work with remote tasks, offering flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and impartial manner.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.,Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
