As an Import Staff, you will be responsible for managing the entire import process, from initial documentation to final delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all import procedures are executed smoothly and in compliance with international trade regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the entire sea freight import process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and process import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customs brokers, and logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Monitor and track import orders, managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
• Leverage tools like SAP, Excel, and email for efficient data management and communication.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to optimize import operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure all import activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sea freight import coordination or related roles.
• Proficient in using SAP, Excel, and other relevant software.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid BC 1.4 or BC 1.6 certification preferred.
