📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and Excel.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control systems and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports for management.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth inventory operations.
• Assist in the procurement process by verifying supplier invoices and purchase orders.
• Support the logistics team in managing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing inventory.
• Provide administrative support to the inventory and logistics departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and English is required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali and Indonesia.
