📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Monitor and maintain the performance of our IT infrastructure.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to end-users on IT-related issues.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Respond to IT-related emergencies and incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.

Technical skills: WindowsLinuxnetworkingsecurityand troubleshooting.Soft skills: Communicationteamworkand problem-solving.Certifications: CompTIA A+Network+or Security+ are a plus.
