📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations of the department,Develop and implement departmental strategies and goals,Manage and mentor department staff,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Monitor department performance and report to senior management,Handle department budget and financial planning,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Represent the department in meetings and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong understanding of departmental processes and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using office software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of industry standards and best practices,Familiarity with financial management and budgeting
