As a Junior HR Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various aspects of human resource management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and training.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as processing payroll, benefits enrollment, and leave requests.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including preparing reports, maintaining files, and coordinating meetings.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.,Support the HR department in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR-related role (internships or part-time positions are acceptable).,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
