Sumber Umar Coffee is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Lab Technician to join our team in Ubud, Bali. As a Junior Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our coffee products. You will work closely with our coffee farmers and production team to maintain high standards in our lab processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control tests on coffee samples to ensure compliance with industry standards.,Assisting in the development and implementation of new lab procedures and protocols.,Maintaining and calibrating lab equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.,Documenting and recording lab results and observations.,Assisting in the training of new lab technicians and staff.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of lab policies and procedures.,Assisting in the organization and maintenance of the lab inventory.,Supporting the lab manager in any additional tasks or projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a lab environment, preferably in the coffee or food industry.,Strong knowledge of lab techniques and equipment.,Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with coffee processing and quality control standards is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
