📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including staffing, inventory, and sales.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.

Train and develop staff to enhance their performance.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain a clean and organized outlet.

Participate in inventory and stock-taking activities.

Assist in planning and executing promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or similar roles.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Good understanding of retail operations and customer service.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
