Oversee the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and components for hospital equipment.,Lead a team of mechanical engineers and technicians to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.,Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to support product development and improvement initiatives.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with electrical and electronic components.,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in mechanical engineering.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and reduce costs.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
