As a Maintenance Manager / Assistant Manager at Grand Venture Technology, you'll be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities across our facilities. You'll work closely with our engineering and technical teams to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all maintenance activities across our facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies using SAP PM and Maximo to optimize asset performance and reduce downtime.
• Conduct regular maintenance audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Manage maintenance budgets and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to ensure high standards of performance.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement long-term maintenance plans.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are documented and reported accurately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Certification in SAP PM or Maximo is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the maintenance sector.
