📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Documenting patient records accurately and maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
  • Performing routine nursing tasks, such as changing dressings, administering injections, and assisting with physical therapy.
  • Reporting any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
  • Participating in staff meetings and continuing education to stay updated on best practices.
  • Ensuring a clean and safe working environment for patients and staff.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Registered Nurse (S1/S2) from a recognized nursing program.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid nursing license and certification.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a clean police record.
