📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.
• Process customer returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with cash handling and financial transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Support customer service by assisting with inquiries and providing product information.
• Collaborate with the store manager and other team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Participate in store events and promotions to enhance the shopping experience.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali.
