Cloud Net Cemerlang is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, fueled, and ready for use. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring vehicles are clean and in good working condition.,Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle assignments, route planning, and driver scheduling.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle use.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel efficiency and vehicle utilization.,Investigate and resolve any issues related to fleet operations.,Participate in fleet improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
