Tanggung Jawab:

Overseeing the overall operations and performance of the company

Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company goals

Managing the company's financial performance and ensuring compliance with financial regulations

Leading and managing the company's team, providing guidance and support

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners

Ensuring the company's products and services meet the highest standards of quality

Monitoring and improving the company's processes and systems

Representing the company in meetings and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role

Proven track record of success in a similar role

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
