PT Sawit Elang is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation for our products and services. This is a remote position, offering flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in technical writing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others understand complex technical concepts. This is a full-time position, and the selected candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a degree in technical writing, engineering, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in technical writing.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.Work with engineers and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.Revise and edit existing documentation to improve clarity and usability.Develop and implement style guides and templates for technical writing.Collaborate with the marketing team to create user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation.Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve documentation.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.Contribute to the development of our technical writing processes and tools.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Degree in technical writing, engineering, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in technical writing.Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to explain them clearly.Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.Experience with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.🛠️ Keahlian
