📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain customer and sales data in our CRM system.,Process and verify sales orders, invoices, and payments.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.,Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.,Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing sales performance.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets and KPIs.,Maintain and update sales documentation and records.,Assist in organizing sales meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales processes and procedures.
