Pasona, a reputable MNC in Bali, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Executive or Assistant HR Manager to join our Retail team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR Manager in strategic HR initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.,Proven experience in a retail or fast-paced environment is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
