📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the retail or distribution industry.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.
