📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the Apple Premium Support team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.,Ensure that all Apple products are handled and stored properly to maintain their quality and value.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and service requests.,Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on team performance and customer satisfaction levels.
