You will work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement merchandising plans, conduct market research, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. With your expertise in merchandising, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Erajaya remains a leader in the retail industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize product performance and enhance customer experience.
• Manage and monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize stockouts.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement merchandising plans, including promotions, displays, and pricing strategies.
• Work closely with the Merchandising Manager to drive retail operations and achieve business goals.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of merchandising initiatives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in merchandising to ensure Erajaya remains competitive.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to the management team on merchandising performance and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in merchandising, retail operations, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful merchandising strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of retail software and systems, such as SAP or Oracle Retail, is a plus.
• Ability to travel to different locations within Indonesia as required.
