📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the lead cutter in executing cutting plans with precision and accuracy.
• Operate and maintain CNC machines and other cutting tools, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Measure, mark, and cut metal sheets according to specified dimensions and tolerances.
• Inspect and quality-check cut parts to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborate with the fabrication team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Participate in safety drills and adhere to all safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following company standards and regulations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve cutting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Second Cutter or similar role in fabrication and metalwork.
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines and other cutting tools, such as plasma cutters, laser cutters, and waterjet machines.
• Strong understanding of metal properties and cutting techniques, with experience in cutting various types of metals.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cutting plans accurately.
