📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Utilize GPS tracking systems and fleet management software to optimize routes and reduce operational costs.
• Conduct regular vehicle maintenance and inspections to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor fuel consumption and cost, implementing strategies to minimize expenses.
• Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with GPS tracking systems and fleet management software, such as Geotab, Fleet Complete, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
