Outlet Supervisor (English Speaking)

As a key leader in our dynamic hospitality team, you'll ensure smooth daily operations, maintain service excellence, and foster a positive work environment in our Jakarta Utara outlet.

In this role, you'll manage a team of 10-15 staff members, overseeing everything from order accuracy to customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation, and you'll handle customer complaints and feedback to continuously improve our service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily front-of-house operations, including staff scheduling and performance monitoring.
• Ensure accurate and timely food preparation by coordinating with kitchen staff.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the outlet.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, implementing improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock.
• Train and develop staff to maintain service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Lead team meetings and motivate staff to achieve daily targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality or food service industry.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of 10-15 staff members.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent English proficiency.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar software.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.
• Valid food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
