📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain our network and server infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices.
• Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide technical support to end-users and other IT teams, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Implement and manage security protocols to protect our IT infrastructure from potential threats.
• Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery exercises to ensure data integrity and business continuity.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to our IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our IT systems align with business objectives.
• Document all IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong background in networking and server administration.
• Certifications in networking technologies, such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
• Proficient in using IT infrastructure management tools, such as VMware vSphere, Microsoft System Center, or Red Hat Satellite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices for IT service management.
