📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform pick-up and delivery services efficiently and safely, adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services to customers, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Use GPS and mapping tools such as Google Maps to navigate and optimize delivery routes.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition for every trip.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and friendly service throughout the delivery process.
• Handle and transport goods with care, ensuring they arrive in the same condition as when received.
• Report any issues or concerns related to deliveries promptly to the logistics team.
• Follow all health and safety protocols, including wearing protective gear when necessary.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, delivery, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license for motorcycles or cars, depending on the type of vehicle used.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation tools such as Google Maps or Waze.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to customer service.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations in Bali.
